im a pad girl.tampons are just disgusting.i don't like the idea of leaving cotton in my body.

I cannot believe anyone prefers pads. I'll never forget this girl who sat in front of me in Algebra. Those hot June days when she was on her period, she'd shift around or walk by and you could *smell* her. Visiting people's house with dogs you could always tell who was on their period using pads when the dog of the household ran over and stuck his head in her crotch. Oh yes, very early on I decided I'd never wear pads again, blood matting your pubic hair, drying there, the smell of blood, a big thick pad sliding around - ICK!
Besides I always more tiny bikini underwear or g-strings - no room for a pad there, you can swim, you can bathe, you can dance or do gymnastics and wear teeny tight pants. I like my parts neat, I shave them clean every day, and wear tampons, every time, always have. Cleaner, neater, nicer. The only time I'll wear pads is after childbirth when anything in the vagina.
Menstrual cups are nice too but I don't like having to dig them out and clean them up for reuse.

TAMPONS! Pads suck because you have to sit there in blood at day. I started using tampons at 12 years old. Nothing is wrong with using tampons for your first period, its the age thing some people think 11 year olds don't need to be sticking things up their vag. Tampons do hurt a little at first but you get used to it.

Neither, I'm a menstrual cup user - tampons are unhygienic and unsafe, pads aren't enough for my heavy periods.

tapons are cleaner pads just sit between your legs feels yucky..
