The fastest computer on earth resides in Japan, it is currently being used for weather simulations in an attempt to calculate a 30 year forecast. It is called Earth Simulator.
Dell doesnt make it... It couldnt even really play pong without some serious programming.

The fastest PC is the one you build yourself. There are only a few manufacturers of high end gaming boxes, and those are for lazy rich bastards who don't know how to assemble one themselves. At the top end, you can save hundreds building the box yourself.

I don't know what it's called, but it belongs to NASA and is able to predict weather movement with almost 99% accuracy. It takes up an entire room and is the only system I'm aware of that can run whats called a full resolution weather simulation. (in laymans, it can run a full 3D model of the planet and it's cloud and jet stream movement.)

Dell or Alienware was never and good. They only have cool cases and monitors. Everything they make is complete shi*.
