If her name is on the lease, she has every right to be in and on the premesis. If you want her off and remain off, you need to have a new lease drawn up in your name only, and change the locks.

More then likely yes because legally she is still your wife. If her name is on the lease with you she has a right to be there. You need to contact a lawyer or your landlord to try and get this changed . Once this is changed you need to get a restraining order to keep her away and you will have to changet the locks on it apartment i believe or you can even find a new place to rent that she has no rights to. These are the only options i can think of doing. Hope this helps some and I wish you the best. Why is she still coming in the home though?

Yes, sadly she does. My brother went through that. His wife is a nut case and he told her to move out, but because they were both on the lease and her stuff was there, she could go in whenever she wanted. After her belongings have been out of there for 30 days or more, she does not have the right to go in. Let the office know shes been gone, and that you feel threatened by her. they should be able to keep her out. If her things are still in your place, throw them out front, and change the locks. Then get a restraining order.

Yes because she never signed the paper to be taken off the lease. You could change the locks but the police are going to say since you are married she still has a right to be there. The only way you can keep her from coming there legally is with a restraining order.

Yes, if her name is on the lease, she has the right to be there. I agree that you should attempt to have another lease drawn up,
especially if you don't hope to reconcile. Then allow her to get her possessions and then change the locks.
