My exhusband has temporary custody of our son. He is a convicted felon and has lied. Does he have the right?

That's a question you need to ask your lawyer, because each state has different laws regarding custody etc.

The question here is who authorized him having temp custody? Contact the courts and tell them the truth as he is not supposed to even have unsupervised visits. Now alot depends too on what he was convicted for and why you dont have custody. There should be a hearing pretty soon for full custody and you may have to wait til then to have your say so, but let the courts know now. Good luck
