I'm in 8th grade and I'm 14. Here's the deal: My friend met this girl in August and they became BFF. Long story short: My friend has pretty much ignored me and lied to me about stuff just so she could go do stuff with her best friend. As if that's not enough, she acts all nice to me when she is away from her best friend.I've gone along with it cuz I didn't know what to do.

Now I'm sick and tired of it. What can I do to get her to stop being fake to me? When I ignore her and stuff she follows me everywhere and won't back off.

If she is a true friend she wouldn't do that. Call her when she is not with this new friend and talk to her about it. Tell her how you fell deep down inside. and ask her if you could hang out WITHOUT HER FRIEND!

When people couple, it is natural for them to shut out people they used to be close to. Single people are a threat to couples, so they tend to find other couples to be friends with. There isn't much you can do about this, except find some new friends.
There is not much you can do about your friend being fake to you. You could confront her, but what's to stop her from lying? Trying to make her feel guilty is manipulative. Again, the best thing you can do is to seek new friends while being true to yourself.
