I personally have had a problem with paypal its safe but in a way not if your gunna set up a paypal account go to this site and see if you still want tooo i used to have a paypal account with 500 bucks in it there was a dispute and they shut down my account with the 500 bucks and wouldnt let me touch it eventually they took my money and closed my account!. Theres a site which i found very useful and i agree 100% with it www.paypalsucks.com its 100% Legit if you simply using paypal to make payments with your Credit card its ok i guess but i strongly discourage ebay purchases take a look at that site and decide its really quite interesting :) i hope this helps if you have any other questions send me a email Good luck

PayPal is pretty safe. They take great pains to ensure that transactions are secure, after all, if word got out that they weren't safe, their multi-million dollar business would collapse overnight.

You can open a PayPal account and then deposit money into it from a number of different ways and then use that money to make internet purchases. Even in the event of fraud, no one could get more from your account than you had deposited, unlike a credit card where your entire credit limit might be stolen.
