For dieting, cigarettes, etc. My job is offering a session for $100 with someone that according to shows like Oprah...knows his stuff.

I tried it for something other than cigarettes, dieting, etc. and it worked well!!

In my youth I worked in a weight loss place as a hypnotist. I have mixed feelings about people being hypnotized. If the person was on Oprah's show, I would advise people to run away from the person. A licensed therapist with a real degree should be the type of person you would want for something as serious as hypnosis, or any other treatment. I have met too many scary people and con artists trying to pass themselves off as hypnotists. I have treated people for very nasty side effects from being hypnotized. I could probably make a practice comprised of only treating people for problems due to being hypnotized. Hypnosis is like using a hand grenade to heal a small cut on your finger.
Bottom line: If the person is not licensed by your state as a therapist, run away. Oprah is well intentioned, but she is not a licensing board.

my boyfriend is going to try it to stop smoking on Feb 28..
hope it works for him.
i hear it works well for some, not for others.
do check out this persons credentials, and if you are satisfied, go for it..you wont know until you have tried..

no, i have not, but i have seen it work. hope that helps...it was for smoking btw.
