it will look good. But it depends on the color of the eye shadow and your color eyes. But it ALWAYS Looks great with an added touch of mascara.

Only if you have really dark natural eyelashes and wear dark eye shadow, otherwise it looks terrible. Mascara is a must for 99.9% of people. :)

I think it looks fine unless the color is really vibrant. Mascara and eyeliner make for a more polished look.

hmmm..it depends on your natural lashes,if you don't have very full lashes( like me :D),then mascara would pull in for a more complete look. Just try and stay away from really bright colors too.Hope this helped..

yes..but that depends.if you want to wear eyeshadow w/out mascara i suggest you lean towards the warmer colours such as: pink,yellow,light green! hope this helps :)

On me yes, but I guess it just depends on whether or not you have naturally good eyelashes, thankfully I was blessed in that area.
