Basically im wondering if there are any known side effects that occur BEFORE missing her period that indicate she is pregnant...
We've tried to concieve on the 14th day and the 20th...she said she has gotten dizzy twice, one 3 days after the 14th day and another on the 19th day...So are there any common sypmtoms to look out for before she misses her period?

you have to wait till she missed her period,no other go,anyway im telling you the general symotoms,morning sickness,frequent urination,hungry.

Dizziness is a symptom much later in the pregnancy, but there are no known symptoms before the missed period.
If she's within a day or two of her expected period, go ahead and take a home pregnancy test. The accuracy level is lower the earlier you test, but I know sometimes you can't wait.

Symptoms can begin soon after the baby implants (about 8-12 days after ovulation) but are usually very mild until after a missed period. Unfortunately, the symptoms often mimic PMS, so it is hard to tell the difference.

Breasts won't get mushy for being pregnant till 3 months on the earliest. Having intercourse on my own is sufficient to off stability your cycle by a pair days/weeks/month. Dizziness is a symptom, Fatigue (no energy), Nesting (this happens to me, I get really OCD about cleaning and organizing)...those are the ones I know for sure! I hope the outcome is what you want it to be :)

there are usually no known symptoms, the first sign of pregnancy is that missed period.
