i have try'ed my local library but cant find it any one help please

If you can order on-line, there are even some available for one cent on Amazon.com, a paperback versions (plus $3.49 shipping/handling or $5.99 for expedited.) And yes, that might work, too, asking your library to get it loaned from another (if they can get it.)
If neither of those options work, try having a local bookstore order it for you (if you want to purchase it.)
I sell on-line myself and have some books in this category, but not this particular title.

Well if you like to read crap like that you could order it from Amazon.com. If you went to your libraries information desk they can probably get it loaned to you from another library for a very minimal cost--sometimes even for free.
