It depends on the girl because not all girls like the same things or music. If you have a certain style of music that you prefer to play try that or something you enjoy playing, since you would be more comfortable and appear more confident.

any song by bands girls are into... like the oh so famous fall out boy,...and my chemical romance.. and all american rejects... =P
but try Deathcab for Cutie songs, Plain White T's songs (like "hey there delilah" is really good...) Bright Eyes songs, and Dashboard Confessional songs. "emily" by from first to last, i think is alright... you should also try "swing life away" cover by rise against; i love that song! =)

I think if you want to make a chick melt learn Bryan Adam's song "Heaven". I have known many girls who love this song and although you may think it is cheesy, it is effective...
