haha well, i mean ive been playing soccer for 11 years ( im 15 now )
and well lets just say i have yet to get more than 30 juggling lol.
but yeah, try having someone roll you the ball and you getting under it, and popping the ball up and then juggling, cuz thatll prepare you more for the game.
when youre juggling make sure not to hit it at an awkard angle, thats what fricks up the juggling.
alright but to answer your ?
try it for two more weeks, dont get frustrated, youll start to see it getting better.

1) Put your foot on top of the ball
2) Try and do this quickly:
bring back your foot and the ball should be on top your foot.
3) When that happens, try and kick(hit) the ball upwards.
4) It should be in the air by now.
5) Try and hit the ball with the same amount of strength each time you kick(hit) it and you will be juggling with it in no time.

By the way, it is not important to know how to juggle a ball.( I hardly do it when i'm playing soccer!!!)

well im english and i reckon its MUCH easier to do if you've been brought up with it. Kids here live, breathe and eat football so every spare second theyre playin it. In my primary school the teachers only let us have tennis balls to play with (on concrete) so everyone from my school had better skills coz we were used to playing with them. I cant remember how long it took for me to learn keepy ups, but the most ive done is 101 (when i was 10)... im a fairly average player and probably couldnt get over 50 if i tried now coz ive not played for a bit!

Keep practising, i think its more important to feel comfortable on the ball, get used to running with it and try and do all sorts with it, always keeping it close to ur feet.
