Well, they didnt really talk but toe jam and earl for sega genesis had some of the oddest phrases in a game. For those who dont know what toe jam and earl is, they're these two aliens from the planet Funkotron who are trying to get their spaceship back together, since they crash landed on a leveling planet earth. Baddies include a nerd herd, a dancing carrot, a crazy dentist, and the boogeyman. That one is prolly my favorite quote. When u get too near the shadowing figure, he'll appear and yell Boogie Boogie Boogie.
