I'm pretty sure that is the title. It was released about 12 years ago. I tried Wikipedia, Google, but had no luck. Here are the lyrics:

Drugs and money
but there's nothing we're gonna do about it
you're right, I'm crazy
but there's nothing we're gonna do about it

drugs and guns
repeat as above

I have no idea how I didn't get a result with these exact lyrics. I am from Houston, so maybe it was a local band, but I don't thinks so. Someone please help me.

Ammonia - Drugs

From the album "Mint 400"

Drugs, and money.
But there's nothin, I'm gonna do about it.
You're right, and I'm crazy.
But there's nothin, I'm gonna do about it.
You're right, and I'm crazy.
But there's nothin, I'm gonna do about it.

Drugs, and guns.
But there's nothin, I'm gonna do about it.
You're right, and I'm crazy.
But there's nothin, I'm gonna do about it.
You're right, and I'm crazy.
But there's nothin, I'm gonna do about it.

Drugs, and money.
But there's nothin, I'm gonna do about it.
You're right, and I'm crazy.
But there's nothin, I'm gonna do about it.

Ammonia came from my home town - Perth, Western Australia. "Drugs" was their biggest hit. It's from their 1995 album "Mint 400". In Australia, they were signed to the same label as Silverchair. I met the guys at a record company function once, and was overjoyed to discover that singer/guitarist Dave Johnstone is shorter than me!
