My guinea pig has a small brown thing sticking out of his left thigh what is this and what can i do about it.

hi there if u think it does not belong there take him /her to the pet shop let them look at it they will tell u what to do did it fall can it be a bone ? take it to the pet shop cause your not really sure what it is. be well take care take it fast does it cry as in pain ?

Your best bet is to take your guinea pig to the vet. I have had alot of guinea pigs and that's definitely not normal. When my rabbit was sick I tried to resolve the problem myself and she ended up dieing.

it could be a growth of some kind, take it to the vet

It either dislocated its hip or could of fractured its hip.
