excess baby powder near the anus is being blown in the air as the baby expels gas , come on now I'm sure you knew . Some people use a bit more baby powder than others.

ROFL, someone was careless with the powder... or the baby ate the powder while momma wasn't looking... OR someone packed a smoke bomb in the baby's heiny.
