Pins and needles are definitely worse. You can usually bend a certain way to get rid of your cramps, but the pins and needles are there till they're done.

Pins and needles cause they hurt for longer while cramps are a kind of slow ache.

well since i am a woman and use women we always have to put up with cramps. but i can stand the uncomfortable feelings of pins and needles!
