ipod mini troubles?

my friend's ipod mini's (the old colored ones) menu botton's not working. it won't go to menu. we tried reseting it the same way I reset my nano and video ipods, but it doesnt work. is there another way to reset it 4 da minis?

Oooh. That's not good. I might go to the store and see what they can do. Yikes. Or maybe wait until it dies and then charge it up. Turn it on and see what happens. That works with my iPod nano.
