Money, and not just 'I wish for a million dollars.' I'd wish that, whenever I needed to buy something, all I would need to do is reach into my pocket and when I pull it out, I'd have the exact amount needed in my hand. This way, I never really run out of money! :D Oh, and so I won't seem too greedy, I guess that this 'ability' eliminates my need to go around asking family and friends for money.
Haha, I had to do an essay similar to this yesterday. I answered the same there as I did here.

Okay, One wish huh ? I have wanted a fluffy little puppie that will stay small that will be loving,cuddley, and that will need and love me unconditionally, I wish for her to be a female and it wouldn't matter about the color, you see I have no one left that I can hold, and that needs me, so I just know that this little puppy would make my life so much happier and my heart so much fuller, So you see I wouldn't ask for much so genie do your magic and grant me this one precious small wish..

Another 10 more wishes, if I wish for 10 wishes or more, might do something careless like wishing someone dead. Another ten more wish is enough, if not, on the 10th wish, wish for 5 more wishes.

I will actually get two wishes from one. I wish that I was seizure free after 27 years of being epileptic. From that wish, I will be able to drive. Be able to get the job that I want. Be able to do things that I haven't been able to do because of my seizures!

The "all clear" on June 21st this year, when I go for the last of my 5 yearly check-ups having had breast cancer... with a guarantee that the b!!!!!!!! disease will never come back because there has been a cure and 100% preventative treatment found for cancer.
