I believe so. The Summer Weather has been getting Warmer ad Warmer. 2006 was the Warmest from Winter to the Summer in the Earth's History. I heard that Scientists are able to tell the Temperatue for Billions of years in Earths past History. Its Similar to how Paleontalogists dated back fossils during the Precambrian Period(2 to 3.5 Bilion years ago) Scientists were even able to tell what the Oxygen level was at that Time. It was Much higher than it is Today.

No, I don't think it will be the hottest - the winters in many parts of North America eventually reached records lows. But none-the-less, I still think it will be in the top 10 hottest summers in the US.

'OMG THIS IS THE HOTTEST SUMMER EVER, NEVER HAVE TEMPERATURES REACHED THIS LEVEL' screams the daily headline from CNN. Gee, I guess the words Ever and Never only go back 100 years.
What was the temperature 250 million years ago?
Oh Geez, I don't know. Don't upset me with all those big numbers. Look, we have to do something about global warming or we're all gonna die. Please, please stop driving your car, stop breathing, stop working.!! Aarrghh, mommy I'm so scared!

Hey Robin A: it's good to finally talk to someone who knows the whole history of earth. Hey, who measured temperature for the billions of years before humans were around? How can I talk to them?
