Everything is like that. Some mechanics charge more. Usually outside a city the rents are lower. Out in the country a mechanic might work out of his garage for a third or even a quarter the price. You may get better service for more, but there's no guarantee at all. Obviouly sometimes paying more gets you more, but sometimes it gets you less, even much less. I had a minor repair at a dealership and they cracked my windshield. Wouldn't do anything about it. I save enough with a local mechanic to let something like that go and he's honest. That happens a lot, the honesty.

it's purely technical depending on curcomstances it could take a computer genious like if you ascadentaly formated the drive wich basicly carved up the data like cole slaw lettus it will take time and know how to put the data back togeather cause pc tata is like dna but pc data is 10101001110011 and that is very diffacult to peace togeather beleave me i know i was a it profeshional befoire i desided to swich fields to pharmacy

Because it's complicated (Atleast, in theory ;)) the equipment to do it properly is expensive, and because the data is valuable to people.
