You feel ugly because you are human. We all go through this in our lives at some point, so you are not alone.
To stop feeling down you must 'count your blessings' - for a start you are educated and have access to a computer. That is going to be inside in a warm room. You have probably eaten at some point today (or if you haven't, you have access to food.)
What I'm getting at is LOOK AT THE BIGGER PICTURE! I am not saying that you are wrong for feeling upset about yourself but try and remember that there are loads of people who are much worse off than you. Take stock of your life and count all of your blessings and then you will see, although you have your own problems and issues, that life ain't all that bad. This should stop you feeling so down.
And hey, if you feel like you have hit rock bottom think of this - the only way you can go now is back up. Good luck.

You may well be going through a phase of depression. See a GP because there are plenty of ways you can get help to overcome this potentially serious problem e.g. counselling, changing your diet, medication. Have a search through Internet articles/websites and find books on topics such as depression; regaining self-esteem; confidence building.
It may take time for you to feel more positive about yourself and that is not a problem, so don't lose hope. Don't forget, everyone feels down sometimes. It is rare for people to feel happy every day. Feeling ugly all the time could also mean you have low self-esteem. Try getting involved in activities you haven't tried before e.g. mountain climbing, arts and crafts, sports. Once you meet new people with similar interests you will find you already feel better about yourself because other people will be giving you encouragement and support. Good luck, I hope you feel much better soon.

It will not happen overnight...you will have to work at it, but a few tips:-
Remember that you are unique and, therefore, special (No-one else is like you)
Cultivate friends that value you for what you are....by valuing them for what THEY are
Find at least one thing that you are reasonably good at, and be proud of it
Remember that most people are not thinking that you are ugly, stuopid, hopeless or anything else....they are too interested in themselves
The opinions of those few who do think such things do not matter anyway. You are what you arte, not what they think.

Sounds to me like you need more self confidence & the get up & go to go for what you really want in life. Read Paul McKennas "Instant Confidence" book with free mind-programming NLP CD. I did & it really works.

Eat well, drink well, get plenty of exercise, get adequate sleep, go out and socialise, think about what you want to achieve, also go to the doctor to check everything is working ok.

Every morning, look in the mirror in your eyes and say 10 times " I am so beautiful" When you believe you're beautiful...then you will become beautiful

I don't know your personal situation but all in all you must remember what you do have because this is worth more than the worry of what you don't!
