C. Show the waiter what the problem is and request a new plate.
That happened to a friend of mine and her meal got comped. There's no use in screaming and being rude especially if you want another plate. That's just asking for the cook to mess with your food.

the best thing you could do is relax and dont act like its a matter of life and death. let the waiter know your concern and ask if they can replace your food. by then you be sure they'll give you the best next one. you dont want to be scold in front of many people yourself. i assure you that they'll appreaciate your bein discrete and they'll take care of you more hereafter. just still be nice and maintain your poise. if you dont like an additional thing or something special on your food, be nice with your waiter. who knows, maybe youll have it free or get a big discount or a free wine or desert. let them remember you as a good and decent customer. eat well......enjoy ur food.... dont spoil ur day!

B, but let the server know and maybe you'll get free dessert.
if you made a fuss and sent the food back, who knows if there's gonna be anything extra in the new plate?

if you do choose B, leave the portion that had the hair untouched. i think you'll feel less grossed out doing that.

C (unless it was black & curly). Working as a waitress myself I know all to well the horror of the hair in the food bit. That very situation has happened to me and in my experience i was more embarassed than the guest was revolted.

I would go for B. Honestly, if you've observed before how a kitchen works, you'll forget about even complaining. If it's one of your favourite restaurants, let the waiter know, they would appreciate you discretion.
