He split the Republican vote and allowed a woefully under qualified Bill Clinton to be elected who then went on to mismanage US foreign policy which led Osama Bin Laden to get the idea that the US would run from any conflict where there were losses (like when Clinton ran in Somalia) so he decided to pick a fight and orchestrated 9-11 which led to the current war with the islamic-facists.

Its all Ross' fault.

He won it for Clinton. Only conservatives and Republicans voted for him, those votes would have gone to George Bush otherwise. Clinton got 43%, Bush 36% and Perot 19%. Add Perot's to Bush's and bush would have won 55% to 43%. Perot is the ONLY reason Clinton was elected..

no that famous pollster guy frank luntz said that if perot hadn't ran then Clinton would have won by a new American record

He entered for Clinton and Bill won elections. Period.
