We have a lot of outfits that came with matching booties and hats, but the booties and hats NEVER fit. This has happened with both of my kids. I have outfits from Carter's that came with booties that are WAY too big, but other Carter's booties in the same size bought separately fit. Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

it's because all babies are different and clothing manufacturers are dumb?
It happens to me too...I have yet to find a cute outfit that my son fits in...that has a matching hat that fits too...
I have a pile of hats that were meant for a tiny headed baby I guess...lol
I'm going to start strapping them onto my chihuahua...at least we'll get some use out of the...lol

Hee hee,I know what you mean!!The only 2 stores that I can find these things that all match is Baby Gap and Old Navy!All the other ones don't fit,Please Mom has really cute stuff but the booty's are always way too big and the hats are too small!

The only booties we have that fit, or rather will stay on, are the ones with the velcro tops. Oh, and none of the cute, matching, have-little-bear-ears hats that go to her outfits will stay put on her head without superglue (JK!!) actually when we want to take a picture with the matchy hats that are too big we just use one of my hair clips to bunch it in the back so that you cant see it in the picture!!!

I have that problem all the time!!! My baby had big feet, and could never fit into the footed outfits. Now that she is 9 months old and crawling... dresses are useless, and footed PJs are useless. I also find that many of the waistbands are huge!!! My daughter has a small tummy and doesn't fit any bottoms properly, unless there is an adjustable waistband.

It isn't just you. Most of those accessories that come in those sets look great, but are basically useless.
