Hispanics aren't just Mexicans. You have Puerto Ricans, Cubans, Spaniards, Costa Ricans, Colombians, etc.
The Spaniards from Spain are the ones who colonized all these other countries and bread and spread their culture and language. No Mexicans do not make up 80% of the Hispanics. In Spain some of the pure Spaniards are Caucasian looking with blue eyes but they're still Spaniards.
