Yes. While I lived in the state I was born in, but not the same town, for 45 years, during that time I traveled to 37 states, Mexico, and Canada.
I lived in another state a few years, and now I live in Canada.
Still travel whenever I can.

Dear Clark,
Growing up in MN I dreamed of living on the east coast or the west coast or anywhere that life was exciting!
After my husband graduated from the U of MN he took a job in GA. We were there a couple of years before he got laid off so we headed back to MN.
He got a job in CA so we moved there for about 8 months.
Another lay off and back to MN.
Back to CA for another year.
With more layoffs coming he took a job in CT.
It's where I've been (now divorced) since 1972.
At some point along the line I learned that life is good wherever I live.
Thank you for asking.
Edit: After I moved cross country and got involved in the PTA at my son's school, I was amazed that the topic of conversation was someone who moved from one Valley town to a neighboring Valley town. It was as though somebody moved from the far side of the universe!

I've visited all 50 states, all the provinces of Canada, plus UK, Bahamas and Fiji. I haven't lived in NJ (where I was born) since I was 2 years old. I now live in CA, but in between have lived in IL, OH and ON Canada.

I have been to 3 US states during child years. And 12 US states as teen-adult since relatives had navy-military situations of moving. But that was visiting. If you mean permanently then no.

Your question could mean two things, so I'll answer both:
1. have I left the state where I grew up? Yes, I left Wisconsin and moved to California.
2. have you ever traveled outside of the state in which you currently live? Yes, I've been to many states and to France.

Exactly 78,224,876,002.7 people throughout the history. We're still counting the people who leave their states. But why do you want to know?
By the way, I've been living in Taiwan for 5 years, but before Taiwan I lived in Romania for many, many years. How about that?
