My two moor goldfish seem to have a fungus. I just put in the Tank Buddies fungus clear, and followed the directions to take the carbon out of the filter. However, the instructions don't seem to say when to put it back in. Should I wait for a few hours, a day, or longer? Has anyone used this product before or knows when to put the carbon back in? Also, should I feed normally while the medicine is in there? Thanks!

Wait until after the fungus is gone before adding the carbon back. Carbon is only active for 7 days and then it just becomes another place for beneficial bacteria to live. If the carbon was older you wouldn't have had to take it out anyway.

you've slipped some decimal factors on you calcs. 154 litres is extra like it. nevertheless an priceless tank for sure, yet no precisely huge. you purely choose a heater and clear out outfitted to that length tank, possibly 150w heater and a suitable clear out. question is what fish do you want? some medium length fish (gourami or cichlids possibly) an complete heap of smaller community fish? in basic terms remember the tank is quite purely "medium" sized. quite some complication-free fish will surely outgrow it. So no Oscars, Bala sharks etc. Ian

Why do you need carbon in the first place? In a normal, properly balanced tank you should'nt need it. If you have medication in the water, then allow at least 24 hours before replacing the carbon.

when all signs of the disease are gone.
feeding all fish should be once every other day, and
only what they will eat in 5 to 10 min.
i've never heard of this medication brand but i know that you can't beat jungle products.
don't EVER buy fish at a dept. or big box store no one there knows the first thing about what they're doing, the fish are usually starved or overfed.
