If your younger, try Metallica. That is great for working cardio. It has a very upbeat sound that really gets your muscles going and it pushes you along. If you like to dance to a beat for exercise then try Nelly. You can even slow it down and concentrate on working the muscles like in Yoga with some slow music. Working your muscles slow on the negative and positive and keeping your mind relaxed will give you the Fastest results. Try doing 5 slow, controlled pushups rather than 15 fast ones. Your muscles and mind will love it....

Hum...that is a good question. Iko Iko is really good. My kids love to dance to that one. Aqua has some pretty good upbeat songs too. Big & Rich have some good ones that really get you moving as well. My Gang by Rascal Flatts is good too. Swing Swing from The All American Rejects is peppy too. I think anything that you could find in a dance club would be just as good.
