Easy one! You need to empty the tank & make sure that the interior is completely dry. Use only aquarium grade silicon rubber. Snip off the end of the cartridge (Use a gun for best handling), about 4mm gap. Squeeze the silicon out to produce a bead & do one section at a time. Then, use your finger to apply pressure & force the stuff into the corners (Right angles) Using a good light, you should be able to see the quadrant of silicon & be able to see any weak points. Allow to cure for at least 48 hours, & then fill with water. If there are any leaks at this stage, you need to make sure the joints are dry, & apply more silicon to the weak area. Mea Culpa.

Feel the seams together with silicone glue you can also seal around the black plastic piece around the tank. Make sure it is applied thick but smooth with your finger to help bond in place, also make sure it is warm enough to dry well. To test after drying add alittle water, to tank to precheck before filling the whole tank.

After cleaning the glass well, run a bead of silicone along the seam, then run your finger down it to push it into the seam. Cover with saran wrap for 24 hours to set in a warm, dry area.
