i HEARD that a small percentage of muslims are radical extremists and there numbers are around 300,000, mostly arabs. Is that true? Should we try and weed them out and expose them so they can be exterminated for the good of society?

It is said only 1% of Muslims are Radical which sounds right to me. There are 1.2 Billion Muslims so, yes 1% is a LOT.
Yet, it also proves that Radical is not Islamic at all since "only" 1% are Radicals.
Islam DOES NOT tolerate it though.
