Blood tests can detect a pregnancy earlier than a home pregnancy test. They can detect it about 7-12 days from possible conception and can also measure the concentration of human chorionic gonadotropin hormone in your blood.

i read today thaet a blood test can be taken from 6 to 12 dpo you wont get a positive on any type of test until implantation occurs which can take 6 to 12 days so depending on how soon ovulation occrs good luck

Actually you can have a blood test at about 10 DPO.. so.. you can get it about 4 days before your period and it should be picked up. Good luck

the blood test is to look for the hormone in your blood, i would assume that a blood test would see it pretty much right away

about a month if your certain of your last period you can ask your doc for the blood test. He/she will be able to tell you when they can do one. good luck

atleast two to three weeks in some cases. But their are some that can tell a week after your missed period.. talk to your doc and ask they will be able to tell you more info on that

I'd give it at least 12 days from the time you think you got pregnant.
