Ciara is dating 50 Cent. The "25" on the back of her jacket was related to her 25th ranking on BET's 25 Greatest Dancers countdown. Reggie Bush has been pictured kissing and holding hands with Kim Kardashin so they may very well be dating.

I suppose it is true. I mean why would she be ducked down in the backseat of 50 Cent's car while he's driving, and there are other occassions where they are spotted together. The're Dating !!!
