Would you believe, Real Estate Investor. I am not kidding you. I have met a few, that took these real Estate Investor courses with their parents, and they are doing quite well. Some of them have a net worth of 5 million before they even went to College.
This may sound crazy, but there are no laws anywhere that say you can not be a Real Estate Investor.
Real Estate license, no, but to buy Real Estate, and rent them, refab them, re-sale them......yes. Did you know, that with no money down, you can buy a four plex, or six plex, and have a great return on your investment, using other peoples money and make money doing it after you paid all your bills.
Here is one. Did you know you can buy a mobile home for so little money and rent it as much as you would a house. The return on your investment is sinful.
I took a real estate course to learn how to buy a nice house, for my wife and I for very little money. I bought one for $350,000 with no money down. Invested $100,000.00 in repairs, it needed it real bad, plus I had to update everything electrically and half of it went to contractors doing the work. As it stand right now, if I were to sell it right now, it is worth $525,000.00. When I retire, this 1925 eligent house will be worth 1.5 million, and I put no money down on it when I bought it. I could have gotten $450.000.00 at closing, but I had a lot of money saved up from selling my other house.
If you can not dream that big. Maybe you can wash cars, Mow Lawns when it gets warmer when I was a kid. But I sure wished I knew what I know now, and some one told me I could be rich if I put my mind to it. It is a lot of hard work, and sweat sometimes if the property you refab, did no sell right away. The rewards are out standing. .
