last night i called the mom of an old guy friend so that he and i could get back in contact.his mom seemed really eager and anxious to take down my info.what do you guys make of that?

She's happy that an old friend is contacting him. Maybe she thought you were a good influence on him back inthe day, or that hearing from you would make him really happy. Don't read too much into it.

She's just probably to have a friend in her son's life. Or you back in his life. Maybe you were a big influence and didn't know it. No biggie. Don't read too much into it.
