i have a 6 month old baby girl and im not to shore what the best thing is to give her for dinner eny iders

I found this really good website yesterday for baby food recipes and sample menus. :)

Even if you aren't making your own...it has an excellent sample menu and suggested servings

Give her the recommended baby foods soft foods and check with your doctor have him or her set you up with a program that helps new mothers and their babies. go to a baby website
