Is it possibily to make my own radio station on this?

I am using http://freewebs.com and I was wondering if I would add my own radio station on my page? If I can do so, someone please tell me how to do so. Or if not.. I would like to know if anyother webpage would allow me to add a radio station?

I dont know about live (the bandwith for free accounts is small) but it it possable to make a pre recorded track play in the background. but because if the bandwidth again you may only be able to have 2 or 3 people listen to it.
