Because the manager is rubbish! and theres players out there that could do so well for England but they choose don't choose them!! Engalnd rather have a player from Man United than someone who was doing outstanding in a not so big team! it stinks!!!

Ill tell you exactly why and everyone else will agree..... The reason is 90% of the team walk into it with no pressure for the spot. Rio is the main culPRAT Terry now he's captain Stevie and Lamps no they'll play And Gary Neville and Ashley Cole are the same Rooney also has this fault Hargreaves why the hell do you think he was so good in the world cup cuz before then he wasnt garentied a spot was her suddenly hes made the position is and cant be bothered as much Lets look at our U21's They fight so hard to do well because they all no if they play well then they move up into the first team so all try hard and come away witha 3-3 draw cuz of fight and determination. Plus we dont Gel cause we ask players to jobs there not capable ov Like gerrard and rooney we need Joe Cole back aswell meant we go down the left with confidence. Sven has his critics but look at his record compared to MClarens. Thas what ive thought for a while and yesterday summed it up!

the english are fundamentally not good enough. we lack technique with individuals and tactics. why do english fans think we are any good. since 66 we've scored less goals than the germans. we should all admit we are average and then concentrate on paying fun attractive football and then it'll be know surprise when we lose but will be a laugh in the process.
p.s. rooney is the most overrated player in the world. not quick or particularly skillful and his goal record is pathetic.

Because they are over rated and over paid twats. They couldn't give a toss about the "beautiful game" anymore. They only care about their sponsorship and advertising deals, fast cars and their wages. They put on the shirt and all their talent and skills go out of the window. It's embarrassing.

Because the Primma donnas that play for the team think that they are better than any body else but actually are a cr*ppy squad throughout & also a manager who doesnt know his *rse from his head..

They just dont pick the best players. Also, the players earn too much money and playing for England does'nt mean as much as it used to!
