Depends how tactful the enemy.

"Keep your friends close and your enemies closer"

A smart enemy would not let you know that they were your enemy.

Personally, I don't care about enemies. If someone does not like me, that's their loss. I have much better things to do with my time than spend it dwelling about what others might think of me.

I don't believe I have any real personal enemies and quite frankly, I don't think I'd want to know if I did. I mean, if I knew the guy across the hall (or across the street or across town) was actively trying to get me in some way, I'd make damn sure I got him first.

It would be a horrible existance knowing that someone was personally out to get you. I'm all for know everything I can but this my be a rare case when ignorance is bliss.

its not the enemies that i know that bother me, it's the ones that i do not know .

Yes, I do know who my real ememy is. It is myself. Even though I am fully aware that what i am doing is wrong, I still do it.
