the probability of him selecting a tejano first is 3/10
when he puts the 3 back and draws again, the probability of him selecting a rap cd is 2/10, or 1/5
to find the probability of these both happening, multiply the two together
3/10 * 1/5 = 3/50
so the answer is C

d 1/20 because he has ten cds total and 2 rap cds so if you doulble it it is 20 cds total which equals 1 rap cd
