I am interested in buying this (or a model close to it).
Did you like it? What model would you recommend?

Novel idea but having tried one (see source)= more of an easy break gadget that just adds more clutter to the kitchen. Setting up each potato and then cleaning it is a pain. This is what I always go back to: http://www.jensco.com/thekitchendrawer/kitchen_tools/peelers/peelers921.html
Found one with a red plastic handle instead of the metal (at a grocery store). More comfortable and easier to find in the drawer. Can dig out the eyes without taking away too much actual potato. I know - very basic, but does the job. Admire those that can do a swift job with just a paring knife.
