Could someone reccommend a site or book from the library that would inform us about this issue?I too am interested in the physiology of it as well

Transsexuals: Candid Answers to Private Questions by Gerald, Ph.D. Ramsey
Sex Changes: The Politics of Transgenderism by Pat Califia
Both of these are really good; the first is a very nice basic introduction, and the second is just a good book overall, but less private, more focused on bigger, social aspects. Similarly, anything by Kate Bornstein is highly readable and informative, even fun!

Just pop a few key words in a search engine or read some material from some of the links posted or do your own research from different sites & books. Also, there's a lot of us online that would be glad to answer any questions.

Trans-sister radio was a good book i read.You could just google it and see what come up.Theres a plethera of info out there doll.
