its the black that reflects no color and the tempurature so cold not even atoms move plz no jokers or people that just want pionts i want ligit answers i really want to know its.

Neither of those absolutes exists. Objects exist that are almost perfect blackbodies (100% absorbtivity and 100% emissivity), but not quite. Quantum fluctuations will not allow zero temperature.

I don't know about the reflection thing though I would suggest that a "black body" would be true black, though it absorbes and emits light based on temperature.

the liwest the have gotten to absolute zero is about 0.0001deg

It is actually impossible to say that you have measured zero of something. To say that would require a measuring device with infinite precision.
