how do i unpixelate portions of .avi or .mpeg or .rm movies?

some area in the picture are pixelated to hide or censor somthing, i want to remove the pixelatd part

It isn't like the original information is hiding under the pixelation. It's been replaced by that pixelation and it's gone.
