Yes mine does as well. The reason for this is either
(a) Lagging (on line)
(b) Lagging (offline) or,
(c) Constant hours of the Xbox being on and/or being played.
To fix this you will most likely have to get your Xbox fixed by a professional or get a new one.
But not always. You can fix it yourself by leaving it turned off every second day and when you do play it turn it off for 10 minutes every 2 hours of play. After about 2-3 weeks you should start to see a fair bit of improvement.

XBOX 360? Mine freezes up if I'm playing a game for a long period of time but just for an hour or 2 I don't notice any freezing up. I think it happens to a lot of them.

ya they do. did u get one of the first one? either way ive heard of them, but rare. its the original i assume because u put it in caps. if it not a scratched disk, then the xbox needs repair.
