Even though your pet can not talk to you, unless you have one of those talking birds, do you feel you can sense what they are thinking just by their actions?

Yes I do! Animals have a way of communicating with us, by using their mannerisms/actions!

i adopted a conure 5 days ago and boy is he a biter, but i try to spend a lot of time with him and i learned how to tell when he is just not in the mood for me. in only 5 days, he already lets me scratch his head, give him showers, eats out of my hand and calls me constantly, he also knows when to leave ME alone.

Yes, I have had my cat 14 years now, and we've gotten very good at "communicating" with one another.

My cat lets me know when he wants treats, attention, cat nip, wet food etc.
He is pretty demanding. If i'm sleeping when he wants these things he pokes me till i wake up
