They lined the pockets of all the expatriates who are in Iraq JUST CHILLING!
I work for a bank and the least the Treasury could have done was to buy Traveler's Cheques from Citigroup and then shipped over tons of traveler's cheques which would be insured if they are, in fact, lost.
The whole goal was for that money to be lost.
The Treasury Department is not a fly-by-night organization and they know how to safeguard money using world-class standards.
Make no mistake about it. This was not UNINTENTIONAL.
Go to any Federal Reserve Bank and the tight security there and you will see why.

Not to mention the fact where did we get 12 BILLION dollars to help fund a government where people don't even want one. We have many homeless in our own country, I'm sure 12 BILLION could have taken care of our own people that are in need of help and would have appreciated it. How can you send 12 BILLION, over 350lbs of US currency, and not have it under 24 hour watch?

A soldier was on alex jones' show today and said the military was handing it out to troops. Some of it anyway. Those poor guys deserve it, being put in a shiite hole like iraq.
