Does anybody know anything that is injustice in society today? Im writing a speech for class due next week and I can't think of any good ideas. So please name some injustice things in society today.

The legal system punishes the middle-class. If you're rich, you can be accused of a crime and hire the best attorneys possible to get you off. If you're poor, the judge will appoint an attorney for you. He may not be the best or brightest, but you have a defense. But if you're middle-class, you must defend yourself using your own resources. You may have to sell your house, cash in your retirement, etc. just to afford the fees. The injustice happens because of this. All too many people falsely accused therefore have a choice. Finacially destroy themselves and their families, or plead guilty to something they never did. To me, that's the most embarrassing aspect of our current legal system. There are more innocent people than you might believe serving time in prison, because it was the only way they could survive financially without destroying their future.
Our entire legal system needs an overhaul.
