Personally, its not my thing. But, neither are mohawks, mullets or penny loafers. Its a trend right now for certain people who think it looks cool. To each his own I guess.

Ah, a voice of sanity. Thank you, sir or madam, for saying basically the exact thing I said to my mom when she told me that this trucker guy she's dating (who also happens to be a black guy in his early forties) had gotten himself some gold grills studded with diamonds and rubies. According to the conversation I just had with her, she "wasn't defending him for wearing them, but was just explaining the reason he would want to", which is that they're in style now.

Because celebrities like Lil John have done it, and whoever does the same feels the need to gain some extra attention by decorating their teeth, I guess.

i agree totally i mean why would someone want to have like freakin gold in their mouth i don t understand lol i mean it does not look godd but i think in the ghetto world that is the fashion!;)
