Bianca's a vry pretty name. Kaima, I can see people having trouble pronouncing it and difficulty in finding anything with the name on it. But Kaima seems exotic, so I would go with Kaima.

i think Bianca is a lot better. It just has a flow to it. Kaima sounds a little wierd.

Hi there,
If you want to be original then definately Kaima...I've heard of Bianca before and so have other people. The only drawback with Kaima is that you will have a hard time finding something with her name on it, i.e. pencils, toothbrush's, etc.

Bianca, just reading the name Kaima has irritated me. I'm guessing this is for a story you are writing, beware of the unpronounceable name.

Depends on the character. I picture Bianca being a sophisticated woman who knows what she wants, seems very refined and you never quite know what she's thinking (and she's not very interested in telling you.)
Kaima, though I've never heard the name, seems more fun loving, outgoing, exuberant. And if you're reading this and either one is your name, no offense - am only writing from my frame of reference.
